Our mission

First and foremost, our mission is to provide students with leadership development and empowerment opportunities through our in-person and online trainings, as well as our extensive digital library of resources. However, based on the hierarchy of needs, it is difficult for a student to focus on their leadership development or college readiness or business partnerships when they are hungry, have shoes that don’t fit, dealing with mental health issues, or simply finding a sense of belonging.

With that in mind we simultaneously strive to create projects that extend through all of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to reach all students in order to take the steps towards reaching their full potential.

Our Strategy

Our model consists of raising money to fund MULTIPLE projects finding themselves in all of the needs-based levels and aligning with the United Nation’s goals of education.

We strive to work with like-minded individuals, businesses, and students themselves to help in our goal to Empower Youth for Lasting positive change.
